These sets of designs include the desktop version of the Rewards explainer, and the mobile versions of a PDP page, a signed out bag, a signed in bag, and the checkout flow (my focus was on implementing the rewards messaging, we had very little leeway changing the actual design). For non members, we created messaging and visuals to encourage sign ups. For members, the messaging highlighted points earned for purchases and available points to apply for rewards.

To encourage account creations, we designed small marketing messages on the create account page to highlight other benefits of having an account with SPO.

HOME PAGE & NEW HEADER
The new home page designs emphasizes products and deals, with marketing messages dispersed throughout. One of the most popular additions to the site has been the brand cards, on Luxe and the main site. Another major change to this page was the new white header with an exposed search bar.
SPO MAIN BRAND CARDS
These are some examples of the brand cards featured on the main SPO site. The focus was on finding photos with minimal white space, cropping out facial features that identify models/people (eg eyes), and trying to pick out recognizable products for brands.
LUXE BRAND CARDS
These are some examples of the brand cards featured on Luxe. Similarly to the previous brand cards, the focus was on finding photos with minimal white space, cropping out facial features that identify models/people (eg eyes), and trying to pick out recognizable products for brands.
BRAND COVERS
These are some examples of the brand covers that appear on brand pages at the top of each screen .The focal point for photos should be in the far left as they will be left-aligned. On mobile (eg 375px wide), this allows the focal point to still be visible and recognizable even with video.
HOME PAGE SEARCH AND MENU
Other aspects of the new home page include the search and pop out menu. While hamburger menu's don't tend to be as used on desktop, the Luxe portion of the site uses the menu to return to the main site.
PDP CAROUSEL AND MINI PDP
The first image below is the mobile version of the PDP Carousel, promoting more products on the PDP page. The second image is a pinned PDP design, a smaller version of a pdp page to highlight more products from the site for users coming from emails or marketing promotions.
EMAILS
These sets of emails are survey, rewards, and daily finds.
Daily - A daily email consisting of new products and deals to encourage site traffic.
REWARDS - The examples below are a set of transactional emails for rewards emails. Following a rewards template, different basic messages are sent out to members such as the ones below: rewards, monthly report, points expiring, and tier upgrade.
Survey - This is a survey email example including a coupon message to encourage users.
ANDROID DESIGNS
I also worked on the Android designs for the Shop Premium Outlets mobile app, showcasing a number of essential screens at different sizes.
